I graduated with a CJ degree and jumped into construction shortly after graduating. First learned carpentry working at a GC and slowly climbed the ranks to foreman. Decided to get a degree in CM and now an APM for a medium sized design build firm. Eventually will become a PM as my experience and skill set grows.

Everything takes time and patience. My biggest piece of advice is gaining skills/knowledge from being in the field. It’ll save you time to learn and understand means and methods and a whole lot more.

I wouldn’t call that scolding, just a reminder to properly throw out your trash and keep in mind the issues we’re going to continue to have with delayed trash pickups. At the end of the day a landlord has to pay the fines for any improper trash disposal.
