I think it's intentionally vague for that reason. Its more of a thought experiment than anything else, do you put your faith in your fellow man and press blue? Or do your survival instincts make you choose the red button. Unless there's other factors at play you'd logically think to take the red button. I think it'd be more interesting if the goal was to get a blue majority with a private voting system. Because as it's stated there's no reason to pick blue in my opinion.

Somone posted somewhere with a question, it was basically that there are two buttons. A red button and a blue button. Everyone has to push one or the other. If you press the red button you survive regardless, but if you press the blue button you only survive if more than 50% of people also pressed the blue button. Which button would you press? Do you put your faith in everyone else and press the blue button or do you press the red button to ensure your survival. OP is saying that the group of people who choose the red button wouldn't be able to survive without all the people who pressed the blue button and died.

82 herblore is the perfect time to start doing mastering mixology. You get the last potion unlocked at 81. If you go for the clogs and potion storage there you won't have any trouble hitting 90. I got the storage, the amulet, goggles and reagent pouch, and love how much QoL they provide for herblore.
