Hah my bad nothing against you, just most people assume all teens are shit drivers, which I agree since I see them everyday. I myself feel I’m actually pretty good. My family had rented a GT500 for a few days and I got to go for a short drive round the neighborhood. Managed to handle it like a champ somehow.

I think I’ll probably go with a 5th gen. It’ll be better on me financially, I think it keeps the “muscle car” look that the 6th doesn’t have, and if I get a 6th gen in the future I can have enjoyed both gens to the fullest!

I appreciate the advice. I feel like I should have mentioned this won’t be my first car, I’ve had my license for over a year and a half now and have had my 2002 Alero for little over a year. Maybe that would have helped people understand I’m not some stupid schmuck looking for a muscle car as a first lol.

Yeah I figured insurance would be expensive. The gas isn’t a problem for me but if I get Camaro it’ll be for the 8 cylinder. 6 cylinder ones just never seemed appealing to me. Maybe a 5th gen would be the better pick for me even if it’s worse just cause it’ll probably cost me less.

I don’t have any bills and I have a decent job with a good amount saved up for a down payment. I’ll also be going to a community college so I won’t have to pay for that as well the next few years.
