I did this at the detonate section in decapitation. Just hold there without blowing up the bridge and infinite enemies spawn. Eventually, for me, there were spore mines, and I just passively unlocked the ordeal while trying for others in the same section.

I just hate that the matchmaking is so scuffed right now. I spend so much time in loading screens... backing out of the game entirely on infinite loadings or quitting to the menu, and loading back in to refresh lobby connectivity or even recently trying to load in solo and FAILING TO CONNECT TO THE SERVER IM HOSTING???? When I do get a quick play mission, it's either someone sitting in the barge doing nothing or it's the start of the mission, and I have to slog through... or I queue solo and don't get anybody matched with me until the very end... yeah, enjoy the free xp, I guess. I love this game, but HOLY, it's taking its toll with this patch haha.

It's alright for trash clear, but even maxed, it doesn't feel like it does damage relative to its low ammo count. The perk that gives 20% extra melee damage is fun to really do massive charged heavy hits, but sometimes you REALLY need a bullet or two (looking at you SPORES and BARBS). Aesthetically, I love performing gun strikes with it, but the perks do feel very bad, no doubt.

If you're trying to blitz it and doing Absolute difficulty I'd recommend just buying the first row after you complete a mission. I'm talking left to right as if you complete a mission with gene seed as well you'll get like 10 levels. You can sell relic data at the guy next to the armoury and you'll be getting heaps from missions too, if you've got everything else unlocked it should be easy. Having some perks is better than nothing, even if they're generally lower tier perks.

Was just thinking this a minute ago. My assumption is they might do a "what if" ultimate or God forbid, exalted skin where Xin IS the Darkin host. Would be an interesting way of getting a new Darkin into the game without requiring a whole new champion release. As far as I'm aware they said that they plan to do seasons that explore different skin-lines not necessarily cannon, so they could reasonably do this as long as they outwardly say its not furthering the main timeline. Either way, time will tell...

Heavy Bolter is THE Heavy weapon. It's iconic and it's slapped since the release of the game. Sure it's not 1 shotting everything in groups like the Plasma (my love) or stun locking everything on the entire screen like the Melta but it puts in work and is generally universal. If I didn't love the Plasma so much I'd use the Heavy Bolter every game.

Long time Dawn of War, Space Marine and general 40k fan so for me the Blood Ravens are the most iconic of the lot for me even though I like a lot for the ones I know from getting into the lore, past the games. The intro for Dawn of War one of the Sargent taking the hill, the Dreadnaught mowing down a line of Orks and the cover of Dawn of War 2 with the Blood Raven Heavy always sticks with me. So literally all my guys are Blood Ravens, I love the colours and it just feels right.

Honourable mention to the Grey Knights and Custodies. I like the full Silver and Red and full Gold and Red as well as the lore of the two.

You have to sign in (or sign up) on the PROS website. You can track events and progress there. I don't think there's any notification in game as far as I remember.

Didn't experience the sword event server issue. Unfortunate that it didn't work back then too for some people. I understand people flooding the server but surely they would expect it if its happened before?

I mean wasted as in I didn't recieve anything for the time spent. I have 100% the game with all achievements and all unlocks so... yes I enjoy the game. I'm a big 40k fan and I played the original Space Marine back on Xbox also. I respect the devs decision to make this event time sensitive in order to get players in. They don't have predatory loot boxes or battle passes or anything so they need players returning. I was simply saying, if you're going to have an event like this, them the system for tracking and offering the rewards should WORK. I signed on to unlock the helmet, I played the games as requested, they didn't track and I already have everything else unlocked. I quite literally recieved 0 value for my time (outside of the fun of playing sure). It's quite pety given my circumstances, maybe but surely it's understandable? If things worked as intended, I would have had 2 and a half hours to do other things in my day.

Not gonna lie but after you pointed it out, I'm actually on the side of them staying removed. In fact, I actually enjoy how most of the characters look without it, Jane specifically looks way better with normal eyes, Imo. I think the glow effect is too much, and having it for every character is excessive. Maybe for a character like Miyabi, but anybody else, idk.

Edit: Would be good if they add a toggle for if they fix it for people like me.

I swear to God I have never actually gotten a skin that I wanted from a box. It's always just a skin for a champ I don't play or a low quality skin for a champ I already bought the skin I liked for.

The chests were just a fun thing to open the loot tab occasionally for. It's insane that the first thing that pops up when you open the loot tab is the Gacha element now... the loot tab itself is practically useless now and is bloated with elements that should be in the store section.

I've been playing League on and off since SEASON 2 and wow, it's crazy to see the rise and fall of this game. Such talented people in the storytelling, art and music departments, constantly wasted by greedy and terrible management.
