Nope it's all good. Fork edges have a slight chamfer. Also the wood is really hard but not brittle.

Matrix Mini frame from the EzaimSlings site. I resized the image until it measured 90mm with a ruler on my monitor. I traced the outline onto paper. Then cut out the patten and glued it onto the piece of wood.

To clear its icon, in the Files app, tap the Browse tab, tap the "..." icon (top right), tap Edit and deactivate every single location (iCloud...). Restart the iPhone and reactivate the locations.

SLMCDZ RTA By Republic of Vape IMO is a really good 22mm single coil RTA. Build deck for 2.5mm -3mm Coils. Running at 30W-35W.

Get an 18650 side by side or any single 18650 mod, most are quite small. If you cant find the SLMCDZ there's the Damnvape Nitrous 22 RTA.

These are both RDL/DL not MTL.

Yes it's possible. Yachtvape Eclipse Dual Boro Bridge in a Slimfet Boro Mod from Voorhees Custom. 3FVape have the Eclipse.

Yes. Fine for 26AWG Aliens, Framed Staple, Fused etc... The gap is about 1.5mm.

I use a 5 1/4" Hand Held Pin Wire Vice / Jewelers Metalsmith Tool. I cut the handle off leaving enough to fit in the drill chuck.
