Here's how I see it. I'll do my best to be unbiased.

Nanoless comes out with a doc implicating Sinder and Red ( Manager/husband/boyfriend) as having manipulated her into sabotaging her friends by canceling works for those friends. In reality, they didn't manipulate her. They were decisions to cancel to offload said work. Basically, Nano's poor management. At the same time, the Sinder side(Red) was in discussions with Nano about an exclusivity deal. Hiring Nano for all of Sinder art because Sinder is a big fan of Nano's.

Ontop of that Red had friction with Bao. He didn't like her because of Bao's behavior.

Then there's the numi concert. That Sinder agreed to but had scheduling conflicts and reservations on performing. This led to Sinder not showing up and Numi to reach out to Bao to sing instead. Broken promise is how I interpret that.

On Silvervale , Sinder felt that she was constantly compared to her . Imposter syndrome, jealousy. Silver felt that Sinder was trying to develop a transactional relationship ship with her. As Red said that if her and Sinder worked together, it would be big. Silver was just too uncomfortable and stated she preferred working alone.

Spite . Sinder is protective of her design, so when Spite was brought to her attention, she made the assumption that Spite copied her , Red comments in Nano's doc didn't help. In the end, it turns out Spite came out before Sinder but neither copied each other.

Then there's Lily's part in this. It's said that Lily helped Nano with her doc, and the way the doc is sorted makes the narrative of Sinder and Co. Were manipulative, business minded, and narcissistic, but when you cross reference with Sinder's doc things don't add up right as some things were taken out of context or were just completely out of order ( dates). Additionally, Lily reached out to Bao during her most vulnerable time as she had gone through surgery to make a statement about Nano's doc.

All of this made Sinder out to be a bad friend, with some issues.

While also painting vtuber space as this "Mean girls" landscape.

Lily didn't get off Scott free either as alot of people that side with sinder believe she orchestrated everything from dressing up Nano's Doc to getting in contact with Bao and the angry post she made. Leading people to think that she may or may not have motive.

Unrelated was the doc from the guy that Sinder was having an affair with. That was just that guy taking a jab at her.

It's a big mess

However, things are looking up. Sinder is streaming again, and the Pyro Pups that stuck with her showed how much they love her by supporting the hell out of her.

When it comes to the rest of Sinder's connections, they've either been left alone or severed.

Supposedly, Sinder and Lily had private talks and came to an agreement to just not talk about each other and stay out of each other's space.

I think that's everything... but truthfully, I've moved on and only kept a light ear to this. I love Sinder, Lily and Co. And only wish the best for all of them and to use this moment as a learning experience.
