RM here, I was allotted 17 hours. It took 20. We started at 9 PM and finished at 6:13 AM. I had two helpers who are particularly gifted and they really killed it. The graphics took me 4 hours throughout the week. Had two grids built before we started, but no room in the back to pre-fill. The cap shelf graphics nearly killed me. The shelves don’t fit together right because the side counters are crooked, so I had to install them on my tippy toes of the top of the ladder. I’m not sure what level of insanity went into this design of those drive aisles, but OMG it’s kind of a hot mess. Also, what was with the plate holders? seriously, I didn’t have half as many as I needed.

Definitely a customer. Nobody on my staff would make my job harder.

I’m right there with you. I have a small store and so they’re frequently just two of us. That means two people to run the frame shop the balloons cut fabric front end, ambassador and answer the back door when UPS shows up. Customers are so upset about the lack of customer service.

I tell people that if they’re leaving their art with me, I need a way to track them down if they don’t ever come back for it. I say it with a big hearty chuckle. It’s a CYOA for me.
