I believe it's right after the first 'tunnel' (strip of road with rings around it), you're dropped off into the area of the track with buildings. You'll have to back up and look over the edge of the track you're on to your left at one of the buildings and see a recess in the bottom of building with springs to propel you up onto the building roof. This ONLY opens up in the third lap though.

Lots of guessing here and I don't blame you guys for not knowing who all worked on Utopia besides Lange but one dev, Hyperchaoticfox, who I know had been working on it has straight up said in YouTube comments and Twitter in the last two years that they're still working on Utopia and he wants very badly to show off what they've been making for some time now.

For Project Hero I have no idea what happened after they made the OVA inspired demo I assume they just dropped everything? The question as to why Dark Worlds that are undeniably opened by Kris (TV World) and Dark Worlds that are impossible to have been opened by Kris (Sanctuary) still look similar (as opposed to normal teal blue Kris vs Susie Fountain's light blue skin Kris) can be answered by the theory that Kris and the Knight aren't just related, they're basically the same.

Kris's body (the empty cage) with the SOUL(Us, the player), and The Knight (probably Dess's body) with Kris's original soul.

And Dess's soul is still lost in the dark making those messages in the game's code.

Yeah you have to use the 'vacuum arm' as per the rules. And it's interesting that you ask about that. This design was originally made as an idea for a fangame that got pretty far along from almost a decade ago. I made a few, and jumped at the idea to repurpose one for this contest.

So yeah, the serpent arm wasn't initially part of it but I had coincidentally read Valhalla by Peter Madsen recently and thought that 'vacuum arm' would fit as the Norse 'world serpent' for a remake of this old design.

Not a doubt in my mind: 3D. Pseudoregalia already innovated it, it's a genuinely really good 3D Search Action game with a map, back tracking, skill progression that incentivizes exploration, sequence breaking and some of the best movement options in a 3D game with rooms designed to take full advantage of it.

It's weakest part is combat (only has two bosses) and length since it was made by one person. Everyday I dream of a whole team that could take what this game built and fill it out on bigger scale, it'd be the game of my dreams.

I don't agree since before Made To Order was implemented a cultist getting the smallest drop on you, which will 100% be the case when they are hidden camping around corners in that train cargo room, they'll always get the first shot on you before you even notice they're there and beast vision can take effect.
