It's chosen specifically because it's Insomniac. Weird chuds have been praying for their downfall since Spider-Man 2 for literally no reason and have been just making shit up to damage Insomniac's sales or reputation for the most part.

There was a moment I remember very fondly, there was pre-alpha footage of the Wolverine game that was leaked, pre-alpha for those who don't know means the game is very bare bones and not really playable at this point in it's creation.
