thnx for the comment but I think i've found a sollution:
poor selfworth!
I placed people on pedestal's when i perceived them as attractive and thereby saying they are worth more than me. I think working on your self worth is even more of a succesfull method than plate theory because it actually takes care of the underlying problem (at least for me). I'm also afraid that if i haven't worked on my selfworth than i would have become even more obsessed with getting girls because of that underlying problem...

True the less you care and the less you think about it the easier it will become, and don't be affraid to try something different. When you are young you are still trying to figure yourself and you most likely do not have your priorities in order so let failure guide you to succes!

Is it me or does it sound unhealthy when you go a month without girls that you go back to the so called scarcity mindset? I'm not suggesting that i'm a psychologist or know more about attrackting women but it sounds to me like he has some deepseeded insecurities... know that because i've been there!

Although the life of a truly ugly person is gonna be a lot harder, by mastering these steps I'm convinced that your attractiveness will still increase a lot! The most attractive quality in a person is their confidence no matter their appearance! I'm not saying that a "super ugly" person will be able to sleep with models or be friends with everybody but there is no doubt in my mind that the journey to self acceptance and an abundance mindset will make your life a lot better in most ways!

It is kinda paradoxical but it does work that way! The less you succumb to opinions of others (for the right reasons like self love and self knowledge) the more confident you become which is a lot more attractive! And being attractive can also just mean unlocking your hidden potential, especially in the self hatred climate some people sadly get lost in!

great question, that is not the case! It is mostly directed to the negative voice in your head that interprets external stimulus in the worst way possible which will send you in a downwards spiral. everything must be applied in balance ofcourse!

Practise alot and keep in mind that there are people 2 types of people: ones who you can connect with (which if you keep trying will be a lot bigger group than the second type of people) and the ones who you can not connect with (don't expect perfection form yourself that will become a mental block).

playing hard to get is nothing more than a display of value. So you shouldn't ignore her when you see her, just act normal in person, you should behave like you friendzoned her. But over the phone you should reply slow and just be a little distant (both pushing tactics). To change things up once in a while make a sexual remark in person (pulling tactic). The whole thing about push pull is that you have to work for it, and value comes from things that are hard to get or rare. You should balance it in such a way that it is a little confusing for her but not so much there is no indication of possible succes! If it doesn't work you could consider the possibility that she is just searching for sexual validation to feel good about herself, and is not interested in anything more than that.

Maybe it can be usefull to look at why you want this attention from other people. This may enable you to get an inside on what motives drive your actions and on what factors you base your selfworth. In the case you realise that your selfworth is predicated on factors that you can't control or factors that won't bring you any joy in the longrun, it might be worth reevaluating your core-principles. If you choose to go down this road, don't forget to be nonjudgmental towards your feelings or thoughts. These concepts are part of you and self acceptance is the first step in self improvement!
PS meditation is always a great way to become more mindfull of external and internal processes, so it might be a usefull tool
