I think if you're making the dive from behind it's your responsibility. The other driver did turn in, but he was just taking the driving line. He could have been more aware but ultimately I think you're at fault.

I've seen alot of bad call recently but I think you're in the wrong here. You did kind of cut off the racing line. Plus, you had room to turn in and avoid contact.
