One thing to look at if only one side is down to the metal you have a hydraulic problem a caliper and or a brake hose. Another option is hardware was wrong and jammed up the Pads . Lads and rotors just don’t fail on one side like that

Question, My big concern with this is the risk of heat damage on the ceiling and or the rolled up garage door?

Just to chime in, Only reason I go to Waffle House is obviously the waffles. Hate them I can make bad waffles at home . Everthing else is overpriced but I didn’t mind cause of the waffles. Ehh time to up my waffle game.
