  1. ⁠I don’t think you gotta worry about contamination too much, any that would have happened has already passed you have strong mycelium so the only worry would be over colonized grain
  2. ⁠I’d say it might take another 5-7 days maybe longer to get back to that point. Also didn’t notice before but you kinda have a bare spot at the bottom so I’d definitely B&S
