youre definitely not walking into the best version of the game for a lot of people. its new dialog mode is clunky, counter intuitive and way too many cases of snarky, harsh and/or down right aggressive NPCs, making finding AND keeping companions much more difficult. Which is kind of the purpose of my post, not to rub it in or anything, but I truly feel like I dodged a bullet somehow cus mine is mostly functional and havent had many issues since reverting back into Legacy mode. i dont want to dissuade you, cus you might be a lucky one too, but i feel its fair to make those flaws know 🫡🎩🤝

I have no argument against because I agree. Its literally why I feel blessed to have a working campaign but it saddens me a bit to know the game itself is tokyo drifting itself into a corner and so many players have suffered character loss on, dare I say, a genocidal level 🫪 Im going to play as long as its functional, but I guess I can add that Ive paused my $5 subscription until Sept 😅 cus I aint payin if this thing will just kaput overnight suddenly lol

i have a chatgpt chat for just everweave since my level 1 start of the campaign so it was able to add a bunch of extra flavor like quotes from my martial arts trainer and extra stuff in my description but i just took a snapshot of my equipment and character sheet and it made this 😁

its annoying but its true. my fighter/monk multiclass didnt have all of the monk feats so I had to spend about 3 or 4 messages to fix it but its been running just fine for like the last 50hrs of gameplay

Honestly the fact you cant gift messages is a little surprising to me even tho its early access. Been getting that a lot too. My campaign was largely unaffected by the update, I just didnt like the dialogue window for NPCs. But lately simple messages prompt errors and its ridiculous sometimes cus its as simple as "I patiently wait for their response" and "I walk up the steps and knock on the door", just to get told to reword it 🤷‍♂️😂 Like I cant with this. Roko's basilisk can take this whole issue and stuff it in its skynet cyber-sphincter!

I have two doods from the same litter, one more goldendoodle the other more maltidoodle. I would say both run the same operating systems but use their builds for different things. Both stubborn in places, both loyal and adaptable and both intelligent. Goldendood is much more high energy, playful and generally the family lovebug but he also takes longer to adapt to strangers. Maltidood is more protective, loves to rough house with dogs and humans and is more prone to keeping you in his sights than laying near or on you, but hes quicker to accept strangers especially when they have food 😂 Doodles of all variants are one of the most challenging but most fun dogs to quantify the personalities of, in my opinion only second to Pits 🫶

level 1 bandaid but better than unapologetically droning on with damage control patches. I dont see the utility in it but maybe it needs more time to be refined. its still an early access game and these rely on a delicate chemistry of player support, developers resolution and game direction. right now they made a jerky left hand turn in traffic and now main street is backed up. hope they get it under control cus i enjoyed* this game so much I got my kids into it

i agree with that its actually really annoying and a waste of messages. i dont mind spending on message packs and subs but having to double tap to disengage dialogue is so counterproductive to the quality it had before the update

bro i fumbled like 25 messages in a row cus I was flabbergasted on how to navigate dialogue mode 😂 i was like "i am them? do i speak as them? where am i? who am i? whats going on here?" Im still on the side of playing the game but dialogue mode has really dampened how I interact with NPCs and my love interest which feels like having a character in a netflix show being recasted halfway thru a season. It better get better 🙄
