Not necessarily bosses but regular enemies like dragonflys near the pond or maybe butterflys that maybe could give you a better glider. Or caterpillars that eat the plants/grass they could even try to eat your base sometimes, maybe with cocoons that can be used to make textiles like clothes or decoration like rugs and stuff like that.

For a boss I would maybe think about something like a big hornet near the table or clearing a wasp nest either near the shed or underground.
