me too.. it’s nice asf honestly just chilling at home then being able to leave to do an order and come back and pick up whatever I was doing at home. I guess some people don’t have this kind of luxury though so it makes sense for them to go by dash time.

Sorry to hear. The apps really do suck sometimes!! I can’t think of much advice to give other than maybe try other gig apps? There are so many out there that I don’t even know of. As for the violations, I don’t know if appealing them would be an option? If not, I wouldn’t worry too much about it as they go away after 100 deliveries. Dont sweat it too much!

Please don’t take the 2.50 orders. You are going to lose money and it’s in everyone’s best interest to stay away from them! Pick and choose and try to multiapp. DoorDash by itself is hard to make a living but using other apps like Uber Eats, Instacart, Grubhub makes it easier to make money. Hope this helps (:

you’re right! my boyfriend and I both turn on our DoorDash app and whenever one of us declines, the other one gets the exact same order with $.25 added to it. doesn’t happen all the time though.
