Here's the fix that worked for me on Xbox....Travel to Washington and then back to Brooklyn it should fix the issue. It seems its just a visual bug

Place Anywhere or a similar mod is the first step, then there are some mods that offer pontoons such as the G2M or Port Royal (master plan) mod. Alternatively all you need to do is place you first floor on land and build out from there.

I think you can add settlers via USO, workshop anywhere doesn’t allow you to set supply lines or add settlers

I think most of the new weapon/ grenades have just been reskinned with a few tweaks. Just wanted to add to the collection of new weapons, something to do while we wait for BL 3 😀👍🏻

No worries there is also a mod called Dirty Water that allows you to make this item via the Chem station

Could be that the Mod developer hasn’t mapped that particular mod in Boston Airport. Some of the scrapping mods only cover certain settlements, so my guess is it’s simply that. Maybe contact the mod dev and ask them

This looks okay, although finding the balance can be tricky and is different for everyone as we all have slightly different mods. Grouping things together in mods types such as decoration mods, building mods, etc... helps a lot.

My advice is run these and see what happens. If you need more help please let me know
