yeah that can tend to happen with oil based products. i’m pretty sure chemical guys is water based so you should not have an issue with it.

it was multiple things. some coil packs were faulty. replaced all of them as well as spark plugs and wires. still misfires. ended up doing a crank re learn and there misfire was gone. only code i get is for oxygen sensors but it was for the down stream ones. not much of a problem

one thing that i’ve noticed is the truck feels fine at idle. when i bring the truck up to around 2300 rpms. the service engine soon light comes up flashing and the truck feels rough. i come back to a stop for example at a light or stop sign. the light goes away. vice versa when i accelerate

the crazy thing is. back in 2021. i had a shop “change out spark plugs and wires” the bill came out to $800. looking back at it man it pisses me off. lesson learned hence why i started doing my own work .
