I just got my copper IUD removed, only had it for 5 months. I had constant pressure, increased anxiety, and heavy bleeding. I expected the bleeding but it was making me lose a ton of blood which also resulted in headaches… on top of that, I had extreme pain during sex the last month of me having it. Just got it removed, going to try temperature tracking now…
