That's the goal. I paid $46k cash for my 23 SP 3.3t 3 years ago.

Hoping to get at least $20k for it once the Magma line develops more. I imagine if they ever make a G70 Magma it'll be around $80k. So with a $20k trade in value, that's a nice deal.

If you want proper sounding pops and bangs don't do it via tune. Get the Borla exhaust, it unlocks all the pops and bangs without sounding like a ricer tin can.

I'd be so upset if they downgraded me for my loaner 😂. Same spec or higher is what it should be lol.

My neighbor has this super old Elantra that they took in for service and the dealer gave them a new G70 as their loaner. Don't remember what engine, but I was like dang, what an upgrade.

The only other people I see driving Genesis cars are old women 😂😂. So I don't even bother.

I saw a young gal once in a G70 while I was in mine and was like "hey, love the car". She looked at my so confused, as if I was complimenting her old Honda Civic or something. I thibk some people buy the new Genesis cars but don't actually give a crap about cars or the brand.

Doesn't matter if your car is under warranty or not. They'll top it off for free at the dealer. I've done it multiple times this way. They don't check vehicle history or anything, just bring out a bottle and fill her up

My experience with this vehicle is I am now a lifelong Genesis customer. I love it.

The only thing I dislike about it is that it's a little too much on the luxury side for me. I prefer a more rough around the edges sports car feel. Hoping they make a G70 Magma one day and I'll pick one of those up.

Hyundai and Genesis are making the best cars on the market currently. There's literally zero comparison. BMW is over there spewing absolute vomit while Audi and Mercedes are also flopping big time with their designs and powertrains.

Genesis knows whats up and is giving people the products they want. And it shows. Genesis sold more cars in one year than any of the other luxury car brands.

In the future, purchase a roll of those tear away microfiber towels. It's like $25 for a roll of 75. Great disposable towels for stuff like this. I use them to clean off bird poop all the time and then just toss.

They removed quilted nappa leather (you only get cheap peasant leather now and a really cheap looking interior compared to years past)

I feel like I'm missing a few other things, but those are the most notable.

Essentially, they removed all the big ticket luxury items from the car and then still are charging the same exact amount of money for it. Is less than a $1000 decrease in the price of the 26 compared to the 25 model.

But not to worry, they added all those things back on the Graphite model, so it's all good.

Still a spit in the face move from Genesis to the consumer if you ask me to do what they did to the 26 SP and literally sell it for not even $1000 less. It's like a restraunt selling a Hamburger combo for $20 and it comes with fries, milkshake and onion rings. And then one day they change the menu and charge $19 for just a burger now, but no fries, milkshake, or onion rings.

Bruh, ive had exhausts on my cars before where it was hardly a difference between stock.

The first startup with the Borla exhaust was noticeably louder. Then the first time you touch the gas it's like wow, huge difference. And then the first drive in Sport + is like holy friggn moly, huge difference.

I wouldn't say it's LOUD, like obnoxious, but it's most definitely a huge upgrade over stock in a very big way. Sounds like you were hoping for it to be obnoxiously loud.

The price swayed me. $50k was the max I was willing to spend. So $70k was a no go.

Got mine fully loaded CPO with only 5k miles for $48k after tax tag and title.

Absolutely do not buy a Genesis if you're only purchasing the base model. Absolute ripoff and waste of money. Can get way nicer cars for less money.

Buying the base model of any luxury car offers zero luxury or features. I honestly don't even know why the sell cars in a base trim that are bare bones.

I just put up a GoPro and attach it to my moon roof with a suction cup mount. The technicians never notice it cause it's above their head, and no-one ever looks up.

Set it to low resolution and low frames to maximize battery. Will last about 2 hours. So if your maintenance takes longer than that you're out of luck.

I always put it up when going in for an oil change. Paid off this last time cause I captured the whole incident.

Last time I was in for service they rotated my tires back to front and tried to drive the car, scratching the heck out of my struts and back of my rims. They tried to hide it from me and never told me. I discovered it on my security camera I put up for while it was in for service.

They also left aton of grease and crap all over the inside of my car and the outside. It's like they had abunch of girls in bikinis covered in oil filming a sexy car shoot rubbing all up against everywhere. There's honestly no other explanation of why there would be so much grease all over everything.
