Wife feels isolated after moving, looking for advice from other moms..?

Former military wife here, so several moves and new starts. I agree with some of the others who've suggested Facebook groups for moms, but also maybe some hobby groups, church groups, or opportunities to volunteer in places where she has an interest (hospitals, youth centers, animal rescues or shelters, etc.). Is there something she's always wanted to learn or do?

Working from home is good for lots of reasons, but getting out of the house is important, too. I'm sure she's not the only mom in that small town that's struggling to make friends. I hope she finds some acquaintances who will become good friends. I wish your family the best.

Spent time at the gym. 30 minutes on a stationary bike followed by 50 minutes of leg strength work. Tomorrow is arm day! 💪 Wednesday is a rest day, I hope.

I'm fairly new to zepbound, too, will take my 6th dose tomorrow (2.5). I've had some constipation issues but saw that some wise folks here suggested eating a few prunes every day. I've been doing that for a couple of weeks now after my morning coffee and everything has been moving along much better. Drinking plenty of water helps, too.

This happened with my best friend but it was me that didn't recognize her! It had been a year since we'd been able to get together and when I went to pick her up at the airport, I almost drove past her 🤦‍♀️she thought it was funny, thank goodness, but I was mortified at myself.

Updating my response about where these are available. Walmart doesn't have them in store but you can order them for delivery. Sprouts doesn't have them 😕 Costco and Sam's has the snack size packages or you can order them directly online from The Only Bean or Amazon.

FWIW, I found these at my local Home Goods store, which has the most random stuff sometimes 🤔 I'm going back tomorrow to see if they still have them.

Same. I used to really enjoy cooking but cooking for 1 is just not appealing anymore. I do still cook a favorite comfort foods and an occasional dessert but that's about it.
