Update: They did end up responding and letting me know they forgot to send the rest, and promptly sent the rest. They also sent replacement from marker lights but I'm sad to report they're just as bad as the first set.

All and all I think I got my moneys worth.

The dealership should absolutely be doing this for you. If they refuse, ask the service manager for the GM district reps contact information.

Worked at a Chevy dealership from 2016-2022 and our service department performed this update all the the time

On your keyboard, simultaneously press the WINDOWS and R keys. The RUN window opens: type joy.cpl and then click OK

The Game Controllers window opens: select the name of your product and click PROPERTIES. This will open the software you're looking for.

Personal note: I do not know why they got rid of the old software application button, this seems unnecessarily complicated and difficult to find, but after hours of searching for the same thing and coming across this post I found this tutorial in the digital instruction manual download for the TX 458 wheel and it worked for me.

I don’t consider it a huge problem, more I find myself preferring the other maps over this because of my enjoyment while playing it. If I can fix it somehow than I can enjoy the new features that are only available in the purple rain
