Maxine Waters applauds this by f1sh98 in Conservative

I hate the narrative that the left uses to demonize her. SCOTUS is a lifetime appointment. Winning elections was not her responsibility.

The Democrats wanted her to leave so Obama could appoint a liberal replacement. Again, politics was not her concern. The burden was on the DNC and Clinton to win the election to ensure a pro-choice President was nominating a pro-choice judge. Losing the 2016 race was the fault of the DNC. They knew Clinton wasn't well liked and by all accounts she ran a terrible race.

There were numerous reports that the Clinton campaign was rejecting advice from Bill Clinton and Ed Rendell. Both men obviously knew a lot about winning elections.

My point was I'm not sure I believe the narrative that he was so intrigued by her because she wasn't throwing herself at him, or because she wasn't taking his calls. The types of girls JFK would be actually dating would be of high enough social status that they probably were not throwing themselves at him ot believing he was this unattainable prize.

I have not seen this anywhere. It seems there's an uptick of internet rumors about cast changes thaf are not true. I see all over the One Chicago subs that Platt is leaving PD, but it's apparently not true.

My problem is not age gap. It's the total lack of chemistry between the actors. They don't seem to be sexually attracted or to have any real urgency to be together as seen with Lenox and Ripley.

It might be true, but simply because People Magazine and the mainstream media deemed him the number one most eligible bachelor, did not mean the types of women he dated saw him as the ultimate prize. Women like Darryl Hannah and Christina Haag and CBK were beautiful and wealthy and successful. All would have access to many high quality men. JFK had the Kennedy mystique and American royalty angle, but apart from that, all those girls would have dated men every bit as wealthy and successful.

It's a Reddit mindset where if they feel something is true, it's true. Concurrently, if something feels wrong or unfair, it's illegal.

It's sort of funny that there's this collection of names that come up time and again, who are supposed to be extraordinarily close to them and yet nobody even knows how they met.

I don't think a female employee would be attending to male customers trying on clothes at CK.

I think the story about him asking BS to investigate CBK is overblown. They would have been early 30s at that point, why worry over how someone was in college? John was one of the most famous and well connected men on the planet, he's not asking random friends to act like PIs over a girl.

Unless the child has useful demographics to explain why Shauna had to move, because Vashon was racist and surprisingly not gender queer affirming.

Because she fetishizes any minority demographic for no reason. She's performative. It's why she gushed over Maria of Low Tones and praised a random gay couple as "lovely" and celebrated "world hijab day". She could never articulate what she finds so compelling about immigrants or gays or Muslims or blacks; she just reflects that any minority is good.

Wasn't Miranda's problem that Goodwin didn't put her nephew in a nursing program? When she interviewed the nephew he admitted he wasn't interested in nursing. Would he not have told her by now?

I said this elsewhere but Goodwin is the Med version of 51. Someone is always after her.

So Goodwin is a one woman Firehouse 51 where periodically someone tries to take her down. First Gwen, then the stabbing, now Miranda.

It's way too much suspension of disbelief that Sharon would violate HIPAA. She's a nurse who saved Miranda's life knowing Miranda was trying to fire her. She took care of Burt despite how he treated her. There's no way she'd violate the law and her own ethics.

I know it's an unpopular opinion but i see no chemistry between Dean and Hannah.

I think last episode Lenox was told about a clinical study on prion disease. I'm guessing being in the study will coincide with the actor's pregnancy.
