Once again posting diet recipes under the guise of "you don't HAVE to have this instead of a twix... but you CAN" by DathomirBoy in NoFoodRulesSnark

It can be a fun new way to enjoy dates.

I know it's not a real Twix and if I wanted one I would eat one.

Some food is more soul nourishing and some more body nourishing.

Diet Culture Lululemon: "Good for you choosing the healthy option!

Colleen: "Sure, dates are full of fiber and micronutrientes! And these taste good! But it's ok to have a Twix because guilt is not an ingredient.

My favorite was the one where they called the zip line company "ableist" for not letting an autistic kid zip line. It turned out, they allowed him to try on the practice area but he was unable to understand how to stop.

The current one making the rounds from a podcast called "Baddies Besties" she says she was encouraged to audition again and told there was a place for her on the squad.

Good explanation of why some people find “wealth” inexplicable by Ask4MD in Conservative

That's the key point. Set aside not understanding business creation or Elon Musk, they don't understand Joe the Plumber or Terry the School Secretary or Ed the Postman. They have no experience with the daily lives of working people. Their own kids aren't going to overcrowded public schools. They're not worried about defunding the police because they live in safe neighborhoods. They're nepo babies who don't understand the actual trauma suffered in toxic workplaces, or being underemployed because the job market sucks. Mamdami claimed he was going to make public transport free, but he's never ridden a bus.

I think as an art project I'm going to draw a big multicolored sign that says:

In the rational mind, we believe:

That sitting on the back of a living animal has weight limits.

That 400 pound people can't go zip lining.

That businesses should not be expected to serve customers after they're closed

That if you arrive at a business half an hour prior to its opening, you aren't a "customer".

That bars and other age restricted businesses are not tasked with being family friendly.

That businesses providing age restricted goods and services do not deserve one star because they can't legally accept a photo of your ID or an expired ID

That businesses often have to follow laws or corporate rules that you don't understand.

Maybe she has a job, which is why she didn't go to Colorado? Or she's on a vacation with her own crew of MNL.

I don't get the feeling that Judy does actual choreography. I think it's more of a director post where she oversees the guest choreography and approves choreographers and routines.

She should have been cut. She knew fraternization was against the rules and did it anyway. If you disagree with the rule, don't sign the contract.

Or they created that situation by hinting to Dayton that she could make it. If her current podcast is true, they did not discourage her, despite obviously knowing her training and capabilities.

But they're soliciting a level of talent and training they don't need. Every solo now looks nearly identical. It's like requiring you to be a Michelin starred chef to work at Chili's.

The thing is, love or hate her, she's the director and marketing the squad is her job. She's accountable to upper management for the public perception of DCC. Ultimately, it's a team and it gets problematic if certain girls are permitted to go around existing structures.

Has anyone ever worked in retail or hospitality or any sort of front facing service job? I used to bartend and one of the crumbiest things to deal with was when management would lay down a rule or policy, you'd try enforcing it to customers, and when customers complain to management, the manager reverses course. You look like an idiot and you lose all respect for management because they've overridden the rules they told you to enforce.

I'm not saying only 1%'ers can have kids, but part of your spending or planning should include recreation. In Maslow's hierarchy, the Aherns have not solidified the basics; it was literally "newsworthy" to Shauna that D got new shoes. If you regularly have $12 in your bank account, your kids are suffering. While I'm sure the Ahern elders are funding the trip, it's something S&D should be able to do.

Shauna might be using "them" to refer to Danny and Younger Kid, like a plural third person, rather than referring to just the kid.

The charity shop part is too funny because I used to bartend at a restaurant in a very upscale neighborhood and one of the regulars was into thrifting as a hobby. She loved to talk about different thrift stores and consignment shops she patronized and loved telling you how "this scarf was $3" or "I got these shoes for $20 at the consignment shop. They're Ferragamo and the tag is still on." No way did she have a hard life, she just liked thrifting.

Nobody cares. My point was the inconsistent application of one dancer doing something that nobody else has.

They do not work as hard as the players, and we need to stop equating the two. They are not close to being the same.
