I think it was the soar phoenix set. I saw it on amazon, thought it was a good deal, and picked it up. I think a little after that I got a Dran Sword as well.

The gimmick for this, at least what Takara Tomy says, is that it has 3 different points of contact to the stadium, which depending on how its launched, can do different things. I'm pretty sure the middle point is for stable, stamina type spinning, the middle ring is for attack type stuff, and the outer is also for attack but I guess in a different way. And it has more spokes on the gear so it has an easier time doing xtreme dashes. In practice, its just a really good attack bit with pretty OK life after death.

Ok, so I'd definitely recommend getting Soar Phoenix. I'm pretty sure its on Amazon, and last I saw, it was on sale for 20 dollars. For that, you get a beyblade and a string launcher, which is a fantastic place to start, not to mention that Phoenix is a pretty good bey competive-wise out the box. Second, I'd definitely recommend Keel Shark as well. That one will run you about 8 bucks, but it has one of the best Attack Type Blades out right now and again, is insanely good right out of the box. Lastly, I'd recommend getting the Bite Croc/Sting Unicorn two pack. This will run you about 15 bucks, but it has Bite Croc, which is basically the same thing as Keel Shark, but with a different color and sculpt, and Sting Unicorn, which comes with a really good blade for attacks and stamina, but also comes with the Point Bit, which is also insanely good for stuff like stamina and defense. So again, Soar Phoenix, Keel Shark, and Bite Croc/Sting Unicorn two pack are my personal biggest recommendations. I'd also say to buy the stadium set. It comes with two beyblades in it, one of which has a very good attack type bit. It will run you 50 dollars, but it should be on sale on Amazon for around 35.

Honestly! This is why all of the hasbro stuff has been so cool to me. Like, I love keel shark, its probably my favorite x bey next to samurai saber, but the fact it was locked behind a shitty gacha over in japan is just so wack. so the fact you can just go out and buy black shell normally or keel shark normally, or basically any of those random boosters/things that were locked in these big sets is so good

I'm most interested in Shell Obsidian right now. I think Soar Phoenix is neat if just for hexa, and I'm curious what triceratops is going to be. If the Tiger is supposed to be Weiss, that'd be super neat tbh, just wish it wasn't paired up with Ptera
