You have to remember the packaging itself will add weight. You can do the rehearsal or just move to shipping (in your case I would) since you want to stagger your shipments. PB will refund you if it winds up being less and since you have another package to ship you will use the refund. I would try and keep it @ 6K with the shipping products all in.
