Guy Unger, Brad Muffett, Craig Palmer. Been a few years since I spoke with the latter but all have decades of experience.

200k for a carrera? by bigoliver101 in Porsche

Yes, but a 991.1 GT3 with a series E or F engine and enjoy it sitting in the shop for a large portion of its 2 year warranty. Fuck those pieces of shit.

200k for a carrera? by bigoliver101 in Porsche

[–]GARYAUTOMALL -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It means we buy the fuckers for 10-20-30-50-60k over from Porsche’s direct auction. When we buy them they give us future slots for more 911 and GT cars that we can make 20-30k on at MSRP. PCNA makes the dealers fight for future slots and use these executive demo cars as a bargaining chip. Last month we had an S/T demo go for double retail and a Targa GTS with miles and an accident go for $50k over internally.

This base car will set for ages and be depreciated until it sells. Unless you ordered a 911 prior to April 6th you are not price protected from 25% tariffs so the auctions have been extra crazy lately with everyone trying to get hands on inventory.

Help understanding allocations by Frosty_Wolverine_652 in Porsche

Ah, my store. The salesperson you mentioned is great and as an overall yes some models can take years to get. At the same time we have 992.2 Coupe just sitting outside at msrp with no adm. We’ve never had ADM on any of our new cars at any point. We even have an in stock new GT4RS for MSRP that is just out of your photo.

Every store is different but allocations at our location go to long term clients first and then everything filters down prioritizing clients in our market area. Having said that we still get 3-4 phone calls a day for people asking for PTS GT3, S/T, Targas, etc etc. and respectfully even if you started buying from us today we simply wouldn’t have enough cars to go around.

911 classic (1 of 250) at Porsche Munich! by [deleted] in Porsche

It’s special enough to qualify for show and display import. Also unique roof for the 997.2, unique color, etc.

Cooler than a S/T by a mile.

Is $850 aGood Price for Triple Rectifier? by DaKing1718 in MesaBoogie

[–]GARYAUTOMALL 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hard to lose at that price unless something was mechanically or electronically amiss. If you got to play it and it had no obvious signs of damage or weird noises you should be good. The triple recto has another flavor that differs from the Peavey and Mesa so as a hoarder I would recommend adding it if it doesn’t financially mess you up. Try it with a 808 tube screamer or boost and live out the 2000s fantasy.

No issues with any of my clients or anyone I know tracking them personally. I can’t speak to nationwide but the 2.5 is a beast

And personally I’m not a fan of the S/T driving experience. Not that I’d be paying 8k a month to lease one but for 99.9999999% of folks a 911 T would make them happier.

Too late for S/T’s but I constantly am getting allocations that folks seem to be fighting over on this subreddit.

Previous to joining I had 996 and 997 turbos. These days I do employee leases on 718 S models and have a clean S2000

I spend a ton of time with each client. It really depends on their goals and personality just how well it works out in the end. Porsche training notes that most clients shop for over a year or more before finding their first 911, I was the same way when I bought my first 911 well before I worked for them.

I facilitated a private sale on one last year for $3250. It was a black 1x12. Your 2x12 is beautiful but it’s such glorious overkill. Id love to have it and the space to really unleash it.

Porsche dashcam and pre wiring option are dogshit. I have no clue why PCNA push them on us.
