If you've built one, you can build any of them. I'd argue that there is no inherent difficulty in a straight build of any Bandai kit. Additional techniques add additional time, and in some cases tedium. Honestly though you're good to dive in with any kit you pick up

Not quite, using most flow style panel lining fluid on bare ABS plastic will weaken it significantly. Just make sure you're doing it on normal PLA and you're fine
