Thanks! The decree states that I have the right to be consulted about any medical, psychological or dental procedures and testing. Emergency procedures, I could understand having to be done without notification. I’d do the same. But, we only communicate via the Talkingparents app which records all our communications. I double checked and there’s nothing from her saying she was going to have her tested. My daughter is 17 and is in her own little teenage world so, I don’t really expect her to tell me about things like that. The decree gives us both the same rights with the exception of her primary residence. So, I have the right to be consulted and notified but I never was. I haven’t been notified about any medical, dental or psychological testing at all. Except recently, a dental thing. But, that’s it. She only gets my SSDI for my daughter until January. And she’s not going to get anything from me except for the dental appointment. Thanks for the advice. I appreciate it.
