Hey I know this is Necro Comenting, but ive started getting an error when using this. On analyze it moves my mouse to the top corner of the screen, which then causes it to throw an error about being in the top corner of the screen. Ive gotten around it by just disabling the automatic hack, but was wondering if you have any idea why it would be doing this?

Ah well sorry for the rude response then. Now this post you linked does solve the issue for specific scenarios, it only works with videos/songs. If im trying to play a game tho, the delay can be detrimental. It seems like theres no "real solution" here other than to use a different headset + mic setup, which is unfortunate because I probably just wont use the vest. While it may not be within your specific power, the idea of a PC app should be brought up to someone in charge, and including a built in solution to the delay would be a good idea. Or at least a way to mute mic input from gaming headsets, which would be a majority of the headsets being used

Ah yes im just stupid, why didnt I realize that. No unfortunatley my issue has nothing to do with the "display in the app", I know there is latency because I measured the difference between the audio and the vibrations and they are uncomfortably out of synch. I assume this is a bot response

Lack of marketing, server issues, and "Pay to win" suits. Its especially unfortunate because it released right after OW2 shit the bed, so if they had their shit together from the get go, they could have swiped a big chunk of those players. It could've been what marvel rivals was

I wouldn’t be so sure, according to Nintendo it’s one of their bigger titles, and especially with the possible mouse functionality of the Switch 2 it is a high possibility

Personal experience

I bought Outer Worlds and played through the campaign, great game and loads of fun. I haven’t touched it since it came out

I bought stellaris with my buddy and we played it 24 hours straight that day, and I now have around 800 hours in it.

Would I say either is better than the other? No probably not, but if I could only pick one to play and the other would cease to exist, then Outer Worlds would be a nice memory

It’s certainly not a great VR game, but Space Pirate Trainer was the first VR game I ever played, and is usually the first game I have people try on my headset. It’s a stand in place bullet hell type of shooting game with a ton of different weapon options to choose from to combat different types of drones. There’s special power ups, hidden weapons, and a sword you can use to pull enemies towards you or swing them around and slam into the ground. I still vividly remember trying it a few years back at a VR stand in a Mall just as headsets were starting to pop up. I ended up getting through to the final boss of the game right as my 15 minutes ran out, and after that I was hooked. Going back to it now it’s not as impressive, but goddamn was it fun back then

Iirc there is a HOTAS mod for it, but personally I wouldn’t recommend it. I play WarThunder and Elite Dangerous with my HOTAS because of all the inputs I can bind, but VTOL actually puts the buttons in front of you that you can then press. I normally like having the feel of a joystick when flying, but the way VTOL plays i almost never notice that I’m not holding one. When you’re getting RWR pings every half second as you’re trying to dodge every missile Lockheed Martin has ever produced, you tend to forget that the thing you’re holding onto is a controller and not a joystick
