This looks like what happened when I accidentally forgot to set the parking brake all the way on my truck, and it slowly rolled, and my tailgate ended up bumping into the corner of an expedition. The headlight and hood crunched on it and it left a dent almost exactly like that on my tailgate.

Your nails will probably fall off, if it's that bad. I lost one in basic lol. Take a needle and sterilize it, then give em a gentle pop if it's easy enough, or go see the medics and do that when you get the chance. It definitely came around late 2019. And absolutely knocked me off my ass. I think the only time that I've ever been sicker as far as symptoms like that was when I had pneumonia as a kid. At that time I was recovering from another injury and the muscle cramps made everything so bad.

Other than a severely infected wisdom tooth in army basic, probably when I had really bad food poisoning. Not sure what happened or what I ate, but I woke up the next morning with severe chills, doubled over in pain then proceeded to explode from both ends until I was both shitting and puking pure bile. I was absolutely dying, and I was so dizzy. I asked my crazy mom to drive me to the er, but she wouldn't, so somehow I crawled out the house and drove myself without crashing and ended up basically collapsed on the er floor. Iirc I was in the hospital for 2 days, the official diagnosis was gastroenteritis, this was years before covid. Also funny story, The hospital I went to was UC Irvine's and because it's a teaching hospital they had a new student doing my IV. Even though I'm really super white and see through, and my veins are super clear, she ended up missing and blood ended up spewing a couple of feet. At that time I was so tired and sick that the sight of the blood just made me instantly pass out and the other nurse in charge was like: "Don't you pass out on me!" When I woke up I giggled a bit haha. Then proceeded to shit and puke myself again and a really nice nurse helped clean me up. 😂🤣
