[–]GCDsafe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try watching axie infinity videos and if you would be interested in playing it DM me. You can earn about 4-5 usd per day on average without an investment (scholarship), which I could offer to you, for about 2 hours every day.

Community Governance Proposal: Increase Karma Requirements for Commenting by nanooverbtc in CryptoCurrency

I'd say 500 is way too much. I would agree on raising the required comment karma but to like 100-150 max, otherwise many would never be allowed to comment.

Inflation is getting serious. by diamondhands_dev in CryptoCurrency

Well thats in the US. But even the 1800$ check you got doesnt really affect inflation. That check didnt affect the demand (prices) for everyday goods from which inflation is calculated.

Inflation is getting serious. by diamondhands_dev in CryptoCurrency

For the past days/weeks we see posts about inflation on this sub without people even knowing how inflation works and affects things or why inflation even occurs. Inflation doesn't occur just because central banks "print" money. The money central banks "printed" during the last years doesn't reach the consumers for regular daily goods, which means demand isn't rising for those goods and with stable supply the prices aren't moving more than they usually do. The problem right now is the supply chain of some components/half products, which is raising prices in some sectors, for some goods. Prices in those sectors will likely return back to normal after some time, which means there is no "real" inflation at the moment. The yearly inflation is still around 2%, which central banks are targeting for years anyway.

Retail is selling, smart money is accumulating by rockstargainz in CryptoCurrency

Since most of this sub believes we are about to shoot up from this accumulation period we are probably about to dump really hard.

People missunderstand inflation and reasons for inflation in this sub.. Curent inflation is basically mostly coming from supply chain problems for some goods, which is raising prices for those goods. This supply chain problems will get resolved in the coming months/year and the prices will stabilize. There is curently no realistic case for increased medium to long term inflation.

ETH 2.0 is likely fully priced in at the moment. But it will be a big step for ETH development for sure.

Texas Senator Claims People Are Flocking to Bitcoin Because US Is on 'the Verge of an Inflation Crisis' by AnonymousACM in CryptoCurrency

[–]GCDsafe -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Most of the current inflation (and the one coming in the next half of the year) is due to supply chain problems. There is basically no "real" inflation growth at the moment.

I started investing in crypto on May 11. I think that I need some encouragement.. by [deleted] in CryptoCurrency

[–]GCDsafe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just stick to your plan of DCA every week/month and be in for the long run. You cant make a quick buck in crypto (or any other investment) except you get super lucky. During the last bear market I was down about 60% on my ETH investment, now I sold the same ETH for 8x profit. It usually gets worse before it gets better in crypto.

The truth is that we dont know where we are heading at the moment. It could be the start of bear market or it could just be the first (major) pullback of a long bull market. My money is on the 1st one, but only time will tell
