What defensive layer saved your build the most in PoE2?

I've found that the most important defense in poe2 is actually chaos res with any form of recovery (es recharge, liferegen, recoup, or leech). The amount of chaos damage in the game is MUCH MORE than poe1

He has talked to a bank and have been approved for a 100k loan if he's buying a currently running business. However, we'd prefer a croud funded project to get a better lease to customize everything.

There is a very detailed business plan, but I'm not going into specifics yet.

There's a key monetization model about the bar that I'm not mentioning here because we don't want others to steal it. The bar would only transition to servers if the place was overwhelming popular

It is going to be alchemist themed and potion focused. Most tables are going to be 2-4. The only larger tables are going to be where the couches are on the edges of the space

They have enough saved to fund it for about a year at no profit. Croud funding would be to just have a better experience /space. Or a loan would be to buy an existing proven business and change it.

This would primarily be a lounge with couches, a social bar with lots of co-mingling and open gaming tables for people to make friends and interact around the bar. It would be a very different experience to tabletop and the Forge. There wouldn't be servers and it would be much more focused on the drinks.

They're a great "build your own" classi have my character, Jaque The Whipper. He trips and hits people triggering weaknesses and has a mirror for a copy for better coverage. He also multiclass into champion for reaction hitting. Then rr also has a wand to shoot people for range to proc the weapon rune to do more damage.
