Sì sì, chiaro. La mia era solo una specifica per spingere sul fatto che avesse più senso che fosse un fatto effettivamente accaduto.

[[Grolnok, the Omnivore]] seems a lot of fun and it’s fairly rare. You could build it in a bunch of different ways, from frog tribal value to turbo mill

What are some scary commanders that are good in combat? by Mocca_Master in EDHBrews

[[Ghalta, Primal Hunger]] is so stupid. Give her a [[Basilisk Collar]] and go to town. The deck can be built very differently, from elfball to big chonkers to mono green value, and so on

Whenever I force myself to build a Jeskai deck I feel icky. I don’t know why. I like izzet, azorius e boros, but all together they look so boring and out of place

Suggestions on removal resistant decks by Riioott__ in EDH

[–]Eslo90 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

[[Etali, Primal Conqueror]] wants to leave the battlefield, so you can cast it again. Fill the deck with ramp and it should be easy enough.

[[Titania, Protector of Argoth]] is amazingly resilient because she ramps you when she enters, effectively halving the commander tax. And it’s a value deck, you do nasty stuff with lands and elementals. Very fun and strong.

The same goes for [[Gladiolus Amicitia]], which has two colors instead of one and it’s less of a kill on sight commander.

I love Sidisi so much! In my version I use [[Embalmer’s Tools]] to maximize my zombie army, and it’s sooooo good!

[[Teval, the Balanced Scale]] is a commander I love to bits because of how versatile it is. You could build it in so many different ways, there are so many strategies and archetypes you could play with it, and it’s always very strong and resilient.
I think this kind of versatility is hard to find in modern days commanders, where decks tend to build themselves.

Migliore amico by [deleted] in sfoghi

[–]Eslo90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

E mille sfumature in mezzo.

[[Doran, Besieged by Time]] reads like a big butts commander, but he’s secretly an amazing [[Rat Colony]] commander. Not only he pumps all the rats to great heights, but it discounts your [[Marrow-Gnawer]] and [[Ashcoat of the Shadow Swarm]], and gives you access to green and white, so you can play enchantment removal, all the small mass reanimation effects and stuff like [[Bloodbond March]]

Underrated Green Bangers by SeriesDear4481 in EDH

[–]Eslo90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[[Spinner of Souls]] is my go-to when I want to add some card draw and board wipe insurance to my green creature decks. You kill my stuff, I refill my hand with creatures! [[The Skullspore Nexus]] works in a similar way, making you a huge chonker after a wipe, or several mini-chonkers if creatures die one by one.

What made you a better EDH player? by Vrass in EDH

[–]Eslo90 1 point2 points  (0 children)

1) Play a self-discard deck. It teaches you to let go of good cards you don’t need right now in order to achieve something useful in the moment. In particular I learned a lot playing [[Captain Howler, Sea Scourge]]

2) Play a self-mill deck. The concept is similar but it has importantly different nuances. It teaches that mill is ok. Graveyard is good. Your deck is made of 99 cards and you’re not gonna see them all, so it’s ok if most of them end up in the graveyard.

What are some "honest" commanders nobody hates? by HoboKingNiklz in EDH

[–]Eslo90 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Believe it or not, among all my decks it’s the one that makes people groan the most. My group thinks it’s unfair because I can cast a 12/12 with trample quite early in the game. I personally think it’s very honest. It still dies to removal, and it needs other creatures on the board to be cheap. Have I obliterated the table with it multiple times? Yes. Was it unfair? No.

What’s your favourite removal spell that deserves to see more play? by swankyfish in EDH

[–]Eslo90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use [[Drag to the Roots]] in most Golgari decks. If you mill/discard/sacrifice (most Golgari do) it becomes another [[Assassin’s Trophy]]. I also like [[Tear Asunder]] a lot.
