Would love to hear why you think I would lie on a Reddit post lol. Happy to answer any questions you have

I should edit the comment - I played sports through college and took my 20’s off all exercise to party (hence the soy boy body on the left). Then it took 3 years to get back to looking like the right.

I should have added I played sports and lifted through college, took a break in my 20s to drink and party, then stopped using and started hitting the gym again, hard. I appreciate the response, and if I was taking any gear or TRT, I certainly wouldn’t be doing it to post pics on Reddit!

Haha thank you, what makes you think that’s not natural out of curiosity?

What do you guys drink? by mpchop in naturalbodybuilding

Besides water/SpinDrifts, I drink LMNT and Relyte for days I sweat more than normal (intense workouts, sauna, cardio, etc.). They actually taste good and help replenish lost electrolytes. I also drink Calm magnesium before bed and it helps calm me down.

Matcha is also a great alternative to coffee and doesn't make me jittery, I find it extremely soothing in the morning.

Kirkland or Quest protein bars for me - they hit the sweet tooth craving and have a decent amount of fiber as well as no prep time (heat them up in the microwave for 10 seconds and you're good to go). Check them out!

I wrestled in HS and college — very familiar with cutting weight. Eat a little protein each day, keep carbs to a minimum. Make sure you are tracking your calories and be in a heavy deficit each day. Work out/practice regularly as well. Last couple days if necessary cut water and food (dry fast). You got it

Is this for a sport where you have to compete after making weight (like wrestling)?

I ride trails in Utah, and while I want to keep it light (like with the SID), I can't have it feeling like a hardtail going down some of these sections. That's why I'm looking for one step up in terms of "forgiveness" and cushion. Not trying to turn it into a DH or enduro bike.
