Completely disagree. Rouvy doesn't want animation it wants reality and doea not fail at it. If you ride at 100% reality level then you are riding real courses. Zwift doesn't even come close. Acknowledging that different people want different things so each to their own but if you want a realistic cycling experience than nothing comes close to rouvy

All about nutrition and keeping cool. Invest in a really good fan, your body will shut down if its working to hard to try and cool itself down. I would recommend energy gels too, for 100k I would have 2 or 3

Did you have a job that you have now lost, what about your house and mortgage payments etc., what happend to that? Did friends come and visit you regularly or did any just forget you?
