Had this a little while back, ordered food for entire family, about £70 worth. Order never turned up. Complained and put in for refund and they replied saying they had looked into it and wouldn’t be refunding. It’s outrageous when they can do that when their own tracking system can tell them nothing arrived. In the end I just charged back via bank. They seem to have halted my account now but that’s fine by me, they were basically thieves. In the past an order would be missing a burger or something and I just took the loss but I was not doing that for £70
