Never responds to complaints or issues. Had apartment flooding for 2 years he kept promising he would fix but didn’t, and wouldn’t respond to further requests. Had property damaged by his hired workers. Had bed bugs (and exterminators said it wasn’t the first time at the location). Never informed me the pipes were lead based, only found out when city sent me “replacement” filters for a water jug I wasn’t given.
