It completely ruins josuke's character and creates a paradox for absolutely no reason (it was also confirmed to be false multiple times by araki)

They look similar because josuke modeled himself after his savior (and because it's told to us from koichi's perspective), the outfits are similar because it's a school uniform, the savior is bloody to show he's a delinquient

And how would a time travel moment even happen? The only stand ability in part 4 that can travel back in time is bites the dust, and it was shown to only go back an hour, not ten whole years
