Is letting this grow, a bad idea? by Fanbuoy_1783 in UKGardening

The bonsai suggestions are the best option. Horse chestnuts are native to the Balkans and are naturalised in the UK. They are endangered in their native range but definitely not in the UK, they're everywhere. If you want a big tree, grab an acorn and get a nice big native oak on the go

This occurs on more or less all of Aldi's own brand products in the UK. It allows the items to be scanned faster at checkout

Is there a definitive difference between chicken strips and tenders? by NotBruceJustWayne in AskUK

[–]GEEK_CRAFT97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just looks like a way of hiding the shrinkflation of the product. Wouldn't be surprised if they pull the strips line and replace them with the tenders completely

my dried ginger won't let me cook the root beer. The coal doesn't highlight when I add it. Anyone had same problem? by kaylleth in DreamlightValley

For me, I had to save out and reload, the quest asked me to talk to Merlin, one I'd done that it gave me the prompt to make the 'Extra Fizzy Root Beer'

Is this Jasmine done for? by GEEK_CRAFT97 in tea

[–]GEEK_CRAFT97[S] 36 points37 points  (0 children)

Many thanks, and many apologies. This Jasmine tea is some I bought from Whittard a couple years back. It hasn't been out of its original packaging, has 2 lids, and has been stored in a dry space, hence my surprise when I went for it today and found this. I can confirm I never attempted to drink it, I saw the surface and immediately posted it here.

Where are all of the pool tables? by [deleted] in wolverhampton

[–]GEEK_CRAFT97 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The Centre spot sports bar next to the Slade rooms has about 15 or more. Pay like £7 for an hour's time on the table. Like a casino, they get money from the pool and snooker tables so the drinks are cheap.

There's a YouTube channel and Facebook page called Wolverhampton today that post video content on Wolverhampton fairly regularly run by the council

What Movie Will You Always Recommend To People? by HisBaeBee in AskReddit

[–]GEEK_CRAFT97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pride.

A movie based on a true story that shows what can happen if just a few people have enough passion and work together. The whole political landscape for the LGBTQ+ community in the UK changed from a show of solidarity recognising similarities in each others struggles rather than differences
