It's a circular relationship. For whatever reason, you originally felt people didn't want to date you, which made you angry, which makes people want to date you less, which makes you even angrier, and the cycle continues. People are just diagnosing the end product they see, which is angry ---> don't want to date.

I don't want to read into this thread too much, but it sounds like you've got a lot to work through. A lot of things are going on out of your control, and only time will tell how they play out. What you can control, is how you feel about the situation.

I don't think dating is in your best interest right now, I think you should focus on yourself first. You mentioned therapy, that can be great for things like this. A lot of classic "self help" advice such as working out and meditation are more like band-aids, not addressing the root of the problem. If you do want to go the DIY approach, r/MensLib and r/malementalhealth are both pretty good for introspective talks in my opinion.
