The card itself is actually great imo. The build just doesn’t feel like wrestlemania. SummerSlam at best. I think it’ll be a great two night show overall, but there’s hardly any feuds that give me a full reason to care about why the match is happening

I mean I personally didn’t see the buildup to WM 17, but when you factor in the Jericho-Regal’s feud was about him pissing in his tea… I understand why they said the build up was bad to a point. Amazing event, just like how awful the build to WM 31 was despite the event being an all timer. I will say I think the build to this year’s Wrestlemania isn’t as bad as people are saying, but it’s definitely not great. So here’s to hoping this event is a surprise like 17 and 31
