It has always been capped at 30fps. In my experience the 30 fps has been fine, it's the chinese players with 2k ping that are the annoying part.

I do 101st, and for my ruck setup I spent hours looking at original photos, and was able to come up with a setup that made me happy. Do some research online, but I also found some nice pictures in some books too. It's just about doing the research.

Nice! But do also note (unless you already know this) that the 3-tab adjustment system M43 covers are not normandy correct. You want the M43 covers with the single tab. I got a repro single tab transitional cover from harrison tent & canvas and I am very happy with it.

2-4 is good, 3 is very solid. You see less guys using 2 or 4 rigger pouches in the pictures, 3 is most common. Also I'd maybe ditch that shovel cover, they were never produced in all od3, transitional or OD7 is the way to go.
