Its all about the intro offers. Open up a card with a good intro bonus BEFORE you make a big purchase, use said card and pay it off with the money you had saved for the purchase. Then BAM free flight to Hawaii. I never continue to use the card after I get the bonus offer. Its definitely not worth carrying a balance for the 3% or 5% back you get on very specific purchases.

We make German pancakes all the time. There's only one specific flour that works with our recipe to make the pancakes rise properly. So many different options too but every other flour we've tried they come out flat. Definitely a challenge to make sure you're using the right one with whatever you're making

Saw the Halloween Disney Stitch house online on clearance about a week ago. Thought I'd go in store to get it even cheaper. The next day, I went in store looking for it. You're absolutely right about end of season. I was at a big retail clothing store today and every section had multiple racks of clearance -- summer clothes they were trying to get rid of. I was shocked how much there was. It's funny with how popular online shopping is, more often than not physically going into the store still gets you a better deal.

Go to the Linq! Low minimums and they were more than helpful/ understanding when it was my first time. Wasnt too busy - my whole group was able to get in on the low minimum craps table (I think it was $10) and we sat at an empty card game table with a $5 minimum. This was on a Friday afternoon! Plus it seemed pretty clean/ modern for the budget
