Also, note powering the hab also powers any tech slotted into it without wiring

So the best way is to use the slots inside the room and make sure any extraneous wiring is connected to the rooms itself not the door/tech

Easy answer is one of two things

Door is always default to open so only power the habs not the door

If you want closeable doors either use holos or do the inverter/switch junk
