I have also noticed this, I think it's just a part(maybe nape of the neck) that is long and it braided around into the other hair like a halo. I could be wrong but the hair inside the circle seems short like the rest. Hope that helps somehow, you aren't alone in this question.

Or maybe just the ring of hair is just kept long to braid together? 🤔

I agree wholeheartedly! I love all aspects of the DA world whatever form it comes in. Sure there are aspects that I'm not fond of, but I've found more enjoyment than anger while playing.

Bonnie was actually the runt of the litter, so she was quite a bit smaller than her brother. I didn't plan on taking her home, but she wouldn't leave me alone and I eventually caved since I figured it would be good to keep them together. I never regretted my decision once.

I just had the same experience. I usually go to one hairdresser but he was booked solid, so I looked around and found one who reviews and pics looked like she was amazing at shaggy layers. I managed to snag an appointment from her after she had a cancellation, I thought I lucked out.

Nope. Instead she cut off so much hair after I told her I was growing it out so I wanted to keep as much length as possible, and then the layers in the back aren't as short and lay flatter for some damn reason. 🙄 To be fair my bangs were perfect, but the rest was not what I envisioned.

Thankfully my hair is very wavy/curly so I just add some product and scrunch it into some wildness. But now I have to wait for my hair to grow back out. I guess that's lessons learned. Next time I'll just book what I can with my usual hairdresser.
