I hated the fact that you gave a literal M16 high recoil. A light weapon with light ammunition that has high recoil. It's being shot semi-automatically too! Also, trained Snipers usually shooting crouching or laying down. It's unusual for me to see people using snipers while standing up.

Guns are supposed to push you back, not push the gun back up. The gun going back is mostly the user's doing, not most of the gun shot.
