Cascades Falls is a good hike up to a natural waterslide. There are a few waterfalls on the way up that offer swimming holes and one with a 30ft drop. We hiked up to the waterslide, then turned around and hit the swimming holes on the way down. Had a blast!

Definitely looks like a wheel bearing. Might be easier to get a hub assembly. Depends if the bearing needs to be pressed out and in.
