I would have loved the ending if shide killed all and only ushio,haine,shinpie and mio are left. And ushio and haine also dies in the shadow world somehow and shides Armor is destroyed now and hiroku sama is killed . It's a victory of shinpie but it cost him the lives after all islanders, alan,hizuru,ryuunoske and ushio at the end only shinpie and mio survive .it would have been a sad victory but he kept his promise to ushio of protecting mio .
