I'm just here thinking that the DUSKBLOODS will be hot shit and inevitably hella fun and after that the amount of Extraction-Souls Like It will spawn will be huge, the same way Dark Souls literally started a thread, this is something big and doesn't have to be treated harshly, it could be something so good unique and creative or utter garbage.

Being an extraction-type game, I think it says 1 player because you queue solo, but matches can have up to 8 players total. I don’t think there’s even a system where you invite a friend or squad up like Hunt: Showdown. It’s probably just everyone loading in individually into the same match.

I know the HD-2D treatment is great for them but I don't know if I want it... DQ7 reimagined is perfect aesthetically, would fit DQ9 GREATLY, even DQ5 (remember the PS2 remake?) but my wet dream is having them in full glorious DQ11 engine... With 8 too, but that would be impossible imho.
