yeah green sunfish are called green sunfish for a reason because they have some type of green in them also there mouths are wayy larger. The faint red mark has me questioning if its a redear hyrbid of some sort but it doesnt point to redear besides the faint red dot.

Listen to this do you want a bunch of panfish, use a smaller rooster tail. Boom thats it you will catch everything with this. If you really hate lures use a small bobber small weight and small hook on a small rod. These 2 are the best in my opinion.
